At MallardMed, we prioritize customer satisfaction and timely delivery. If your product does not arrive within 10 days after domestic order dispatch (30 for international orders) we will reship it at no additional cost.

How It Works:

  1. Submit a Request: If your order hasn’t arrived for whatever reason (99.98% of orders arrive within the stated time frames), simply fill out the form located [here] to request either a free reshipment or store credit.
  2. Immediate Fulfilment: Once we receive your request, we’ll process it immediately—whether you choose to have your order reshipped, which we handle within 1-2 days and you receive a bran new tracking number upon dispatch (1-2 days) or receive store credit, which you can reorder the same item, or buy something completely new, even save some store credit for later, or put it all towards a big purchase, its your choice
